User Agreement

Before we can create your account, there are some fundamental terms that one must agree too. The full Terms of Use and Privacy Statement contains the complete agreement, the terms below are a summary of that agreement.

1) I understand that the New Jersey Theatre Leauge, herin known as NJTL, is not responsible for the opinions of specific users on this site. This includes messages recieved from the NJTL Mailing List, and all Bulletin Board System posts.
2) I understand that I own my own words in that any mail sent by me or any posts I make are my own and that I am responsible for them. Conversely I will not hold NJTL and its member organizations, Discordia BBS or PowWeb (the NJTL site host), and the administrations and hosts of the above groups responsible for these messages and posts, and that sole responsibility resides with the message sender or poster.
3) NJTL will do everything possible to prevent offensive messages and posts and will take all necessary steps to ensure that the offending text or action is satisfactorily modified or deleted and that if I am the poster I may be subject to sanctions up to and including deletion of my account.
4) I will have fun while here, and that I shall make the best efforts for all those here to have fun too.
